Théâtre Les Amis de Chiffon (TAC) is a professional company from the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, founded in 1974. Its mission is to promote the puppetry arts through the creation, production and presentation of shows for young audiences. TAC explores specific pedagogical avenues through the medium of puppetry, contributing to the development of children’s intellect, imagination and social behavior. It also contributes to cultural dynamism and influence by promoting the employment of numerous artists. In addition to shows, the TAC offers mediation, animation, manipulation and puppet-building workshops for preschool and primary-school age clientele.
